1. Intellectual Property a. All content, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, and software, on the Web-App is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws. b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use the content of the Web-App without prior written consent from the Company.
2. Use of the Web-App a. You may use the Web-App for lawful purposes only and in accordance with this Agreement. b. You agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Web-App or the servers and networks connected to it. c. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Web- App, other accounts, or any systems or networks associated with the Web-App.
3. Privacy Policy a. Your use of the Web-App is subject to the Company's Privacy Policy. By using the Web-App, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-Party Services a. The Web-App may include links or references to third-party websites, products, or services. The Company does not endorse or control any third- party content and is not responsible for any third-party websites, products, or services. b. Your interactions with third-party websites, products, or services are solely between you and the third party. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from such interactions.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty a. The Web-App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not warrant that the Web-App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. b. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
6. Limitation of Liability a. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Web-App.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
8. Modification of Terms a. The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on the Web-App. Your continued use of the Web-App after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
